What is included:
Free wedding consult with Charlotte or one of her friendly staff members who will be happy to answer all your questions and assist you in making your event stress free and memorable. Ask about the extras we have.
How do I pay:
You may pay by cash, credit, or check at time of signing contract. The deposit is due at time of signing. Half of balance is due six months prior to event, if event is less than six month half is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to event.
How soon can I book:
The sooner the better to insure you get the date you desire. We do book up fast.
How many guest can I have:
250 plus guest
Do I have to use your list of vendors:
No. You may choose any vendor of your choice. We are happy to assist you with past vendors. Chaffins are permitted to keep food warm.
Is Alcohol permitted: Yes. If you are having a cash bar you must purchase liquer license and insurance and have a certified bartender that will serve and remain entire time of event. You may have an open bar that requires a liquor liability insurance. You are responsible for limiting the alcohol permitted to your guest. TCB Farms and members are not responsible for over drinking of you and or your guest. No under age drinking. Please drink responsible.
Are there noise restrictions:
Yes. Please keep level at a volume as not to disturb neighbors.
Does barn have heating/cooling:
No. We do have large fans to circulate the air in warmer months. Please dress according to weather. The bridal suite does have climate control for your comfort.
We are a working farm with goats and a pony. You may look at and enjoy farm animals but please don't torment them. We do have farm equipment and its your responsibilty to keep children off. There is uneven terrain please dress accordingly. You are taking part of an agritourism location.
Yes you may bring a dog for ceremony. They must remain on leash entire time. You are required to clean up after your pet. Only well behaved vaccinated dogs permitted. No other animal may be brought onto farm without prior consent. You are resposible for any damage done by pet to property. Please keep your pet under control at all times.
